Processing Time Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers & Methods We ship all orders via UPS. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the contiguous US are typically:
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods may occur.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order details and selected UPS service. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to 25+ countries internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via UPS. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at ups.com or through the link in your confirmation email.
